Answer

CLEAPSS recipe states add 0.01 g kinetin in 10 ml of 70% ethanol.
SAPS say Kinetin is only sparingly soluble and stock solutions of >50ppm are not practicable. You should use warm water, or dissolve it first in a small quantity of ethanol before adding the necessary amount of water.
Solutions are best stored in a fridge.
