The slit separation (1.0, 0.5 or 0.1mm) is measured from slit centre to slit centre. In each case, the slit width is half the separation distance.So:
The 0.1mm separation slide has 0.05mm wide slits;
The 0.5mm separation slide has 0.25mm wide slits;
The 1.0mm separation slide has 0.5mm wide slits.
