Answer

 These labels are probably not suitable for the extremes of temperatures quoted as the adhesive on them becomes soft at high temperatures and brittle at low temperatures.
 When tested , the labels did remain in place on glassware placed in water which was boiled for 5 minutes and when placed in a freezer at -15 to -20 degrees, but the properties of the adhesive mentioned above were apparent.
