Answer

 Yes, FUG-450-075 is approx. 75mm diameter at the top.
 The inner plate is approx. 48mm diameter but the area where the holes are is approx. 28mm across, so I would suggest 42.5 or 43mm diameter filter paper. The next size up which we sell is 55mm diameter, which will be too wide to fit flat against the inside base.

 Our code for 42.5mm filter paper is FPA-300-043, which is Whatman filter paper no. 1.
 Our code for 43mm diameter filter paper is FPA-350-043, which is Whatman filter paper no. 2 and is slightly thicker than Whatman no. 1.
 Both of these filter papers have a medium flow rate.
